I cannot say enough good things about how Menas HOA Management completely took charge of the situation and had a plumber come out and locate and fix the problem. Your maintenance representatives are very, very good and made the unpleasant situation bearable. The very same day that the leak was fixed, a restoration company was contacted and the work was completed. Menas is the first property management company that sent notification to us informing us that they would be taking over as the new management company for the community. This shows outstanding customer service on behalf of Menas, as other companies do not notify the vendor and we are out of the loop. Job well done! Great job at the annual meeting!
